Chain Reaction Racing is proud to announce the official rookie debut of Grayson Harmon, who will compete this upcoming 2026 season in the #988 Suicide Awareness Tribute Micro Sprint and the #96g Bomber. Harmon enters the racing world with a powerful mission both on and off the track.
The #988 Micro Sprint is dedicated to honoring lives lost to suicide and raising awareness for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. The tribute car carries names and stories submitted by families and friends who have lost loved ones, turning every race into a memorial on wheels and a call for hope.
“This car is more than paint and decals,” said a representative from Chain Reaction Racing. “Grayson is racing for every person impacted by suicide and every family still healing. His dedication to the cause gives his rookie season a meaning far beyond trophies.”
In addition to the tribute sprint car, Harmon will also compete in the #96g Bomber, where he is quickly establishing himself as a respectful, ambitious, and motivated new driver. Backed by Chain Reaction Racing, he is focused on learning from veteran racers, building his on-track reputation, and representing his team with integrity.
Harmon shared that his goal is to grow as a driver while using his platform to shine a light on mental health and remembrance. “Racing gives me a voice,” he said. “If even one person reaches out for help because they saw the 988 car, then it’s bigger than racing.”
Chain Reaction Racing encourages the community to support Harmon’s journey and help spread awareness of the 988 lifeline, which provides free, confidential support for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.
